WELDING SMAW & FCAW
Our facility is designed to accommodate both SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding).
HYDRAULIC 4 BEND ROLLING
We use advanced Sahinler 4R HSS 30-400 Hydraulic 4-Roll Plate Rolling Machines for high-precision metal bending, with a bending length of 3100 mm, max thickness of 30 mm, and a 400 mm upper roll diameter.
CNC PLASMA AND OXY FUEL
We use a state-of-the-art Ajan CNC Plasma and Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machine with a cutting capacity of up to 30 mm (mild steel) and 65 mm (edge start).
DRILLING MACHINES
Our Hydraulic Drilling Machines are engineered for heavy-duty, high-precision drilling on tough materials, with a maximum drilling diameter of 63 inches (1600 mm) and a depth capacity of 2 inches.
HYDRAULIC PLATE SHEAR
Swing cut construction NC-preselection system D-touch 7 with touch screen for back gauge, cutting length.
